ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to call for the records in Crime No.181 of 2013 and quash the same.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that on the basis of the complaint given by his wife Kandhimathi with the respondent police, a case was registered in Crime No.181 of 2013. Though the said complaint was registered as early as in the year 2013, till date, final report was not filed. Hence, the present petition.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state would submit that charge sheet had already been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.36 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
