ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Being aggrieved that the custody of the petitioner's minor daughter viz., Nithin Sri aged about 3 1⁄2 years has not been returned to her by her husband, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition came up for admission, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's minor child has been secured and the custody has been restored back to the petitioner herein.

3.As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further order is required to be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs.
