ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] Heard the submission of Mrs.Karthikaa Ashok, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.K.Gunasekar, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Central Government appearing for the respondent/contemnor who has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit dated 24.03.2021 in USRNo.10103 of 2021 as well as the supporting documents and would submit that in compliance of the order, pension amount of Rs.10,78,487/- has been paid to the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, through D.D.No.296331 dated 05.01.2015 for the period 01.11.1986 to 03.08.2010 and he has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the petitioners.

2. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the said amount of Rs.10,78,487/- lying to the credit of W.P.No.17403 of 2009 in

the name of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras with further interest, if any.
