This application filed to extend the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator, for a further period of three (3) months from 25.04.2026, i.e., up to 24.07.2026, to complete the Arbitral proceedings and pass the final award in the matter of disputes between the applicants and the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for ordering this application.

4. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the no objection given by the respondent for ordering this application, this Court is of the view that the time sought for as could be extended by a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
