O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 3.2.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry on 3.11.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take a decision with regard to the survey of the property strictly in accordance with the title documents, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
