Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.No.346 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.20/2017 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Magalir Neethi Mandram, Krishnagir, Krishnagiri District dated 29.04.2019 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the said Crl.A.No.346 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.346 of 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. KRITIKA KAMAL.P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
