O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second and third respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 18.03.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for fixing of the boundary stones.

2. Mr.E.Bala Murugan, learned Special Government appearing on behalf of the respondents, based on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 02.11.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers

submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the process strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
