In a proposed suit for recovery of money, this application is presented for leave to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court.

2. In support of this application, learned counsel for the applicant asserts that the suit claim arises out of the supply of goods and invoices raised in respect thereof. Learned counsel points out that clause 13 of the invoice confers exclusive jurisdiction on Courts in Chennai.

3. Upon considering the said submissions and on examining the draft plaint and invoices, it appears that this Court has jurisdiction in respect of the proposed suit.
