ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation would submit that on receipt of police verification report, the petitioner will be appointed.

2. It is made clear that on receipt of police verification report in respect of the petitioner, the order of this Court shall be complied with. Thus the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to reopen the case, if necessary.
