Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the 1st impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu.No.17139/Na.O.Sa(6)/2018 dated 30.08.2018 and the subsequent 2nd impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu.No.36120/Na.O.Sa(6)/2018 dated 22.03.2019 and the 3rd impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu.No.035562/Na.O.Sa(4)/2021 dated 17.02.2022 and to quash these orders and to consequently direct the respondent to sanction pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner under the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules 1978 with effect from the date of retirement of the petitioner on 31.07.2017 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.
