ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to offer police protection for the petitioner to enable her to

enter into her agricultural land situated in S.No.251/4, 251/5 and 254/1, Kuppirikapalayam Village, Perunkurichi Post, Paramathi Vellore Taluk, 2.

Originally, the petitioner's husband purchased the property comprised in S.No.251/4, 251/5 and 254/1, situated at Kuppirikapalayam Village, Perunkurichi Post, Paramathi Vellore Taluk, Namakkal District vide three sale deeds and after his demise the petitioner and her son are in absolute possession of the property. The adjacent land owners created a ruckus and tried to block their pathway.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstance, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and counter party and also to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
