With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Challenge has been made to the Refusal Check Slip issued by the 2nd respondent in refusal No.RFL/Dadagapatti/27/2024 dated 23.04.2024 in this writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

4. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the original Sale Deed is already with the mortgagee, which was intimated to the 2nd respondent also. However, the 2nd respondent refused to register the Sale Deed presented by the petitioner, by passing the impugned refusal check slip. Hence, the present writ petition.

5. The issue raised in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in The Federal Bank Ltd. Vs. The Sub Registrar and Others [SCC OnLine Mad 878].

6. In such view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to register the Sale Deed dated 03.04.2024 presented by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
