O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioners to put up compound wall within the petitioner's boundary with an extent of 1361 sq. ft. in Survey No.325/3-part, Town Survey Number 126 in Jamin Pallavaram Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, based on the representation dated 06.05.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, would submit that there is a dispute between the petitioners and their relatives, who are living in the same locality with regard to boundaries. He would submit that the 3rd respondent had conducted an enquiry and finding that a civil dispute is pending between the parties, the petitioners have been advised to approach the Civil Court and get appropriate orders, and in the event of the petitioners obtaining orders from the Civil Court, the respondents will give protection. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
