The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was compromised between the petitioner/Management and the respondent/ employee, during the pendency of the writ petition. The learned counsel further submitted that a Memo dated 08.10.2025, has been filed by the learned counsel recording the terms of the compromise. The learned counsel therefore prayed that writ petition may be disposed of recording the Memo of compromise.

2. The Memo dated 08.10.2025, is recorded.
