ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet list maintained by the second respondent.
2. The second respondent has opened history sheet list No.5 of 2012, against the petitioner. The following are the particulars of the cases registered against the petitioner and the stage of the case.

3. The petitioner has given a representation dated 29.01.2019 to the respondents requesting them to remove the name of the petitioner from the history sheet. Since no action has been taken on the representation, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.
4. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
5. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 29.01.2019 made by the petitioner in accordance with the guidelines given by this Court in Sabari @ sabarigiri Vs. Assistant Commissioner of Police, Annanagar (L and O) Range, Madurai City, Madurai and others, reported in 2018 (4MLJ) Criminal page 585 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
