ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.07.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(i), 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act , in Crime No.1267 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 110 litres of country made liquor. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Therefore, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner, which shows that he is a continuous offender, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
