ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to call for the records on the file of the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge at Ponneri, Thiruvallur District made in C.A.No.2 of 2011 and set aside his judgment dated 25.02.2014 by confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District in C.C.No.201 of 2006, dated 30.12.2010 convicting petitioner herein under Section 279 and 304(A) IPC and sentencing him to undergo 6 months Simple Imprisonment and fine of Rs.1,000/- in default three weeks S.I.

2. No representation for the petitioner for several hearings. Today i.e., (13.08.2021) there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that already suspension of sentence granted on 29.04.2014 to the petitioner was cancelled and the respondent police was directed to secure the petitioner/accused forthwith.

4. In view of the aforestated circumstances, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
