ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.10.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 01.10.2014 to the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore District. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the concerned police station and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
