This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 11.03.2013 passed in CRP.No.1 of 2012 on the file of learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem confirming the order dated 21.11.2012 passed in C.M.P.No.7788 of 2010 in C.C.No.201 of 2010 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Salem.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the trial is going on before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above development, this Court cannot entertain this petition to quash the final report.
