ORDER

Mrs.G.P.Arivuchudar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration

and thus the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3 rd respondent also confirmed the aforesaid statement made to this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
