The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.2167 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that after completing the investigation of the case in Crime No.2167 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the same has also been taken on file as CC No.6503 of 2013 by the learned 18th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.
