This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.383 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second petitioner is no more. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Krishnagiri, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.566 of 2015.
