This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.4 of 2016, dated 03.03.2016, which is pending on the file of the respondent police, within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.4 of 2016 before the respondent.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this is not a fit case to give a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation within a time bound manner. However, the respondent-Police is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a Closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
