ORDER
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate,Sankarapuram, Villupuram District, on 07.11.2018 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 2.In this view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition and it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
3.The respondent police is directed to number the final report within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
