ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension passed by the first respondent on 05.08.2015 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to permit him to continue the studies and also to write the examinations. 2.

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 have brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 19.11.2015 the order of suspension passed against the petitioner has been revoked and he is continuing his studies. It is further stated that the order revoking the suspension was ordered to be treated as a final order. The learned counsel for the petitioner also confirms the same. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the order of suspension dated 05.08.2015, which is challenged in this writ petition, has already been revoked and the petitioner is continuing his studies as on date, no further order is required in this writ petition.
