(CRIME NO. 101 OF 2013) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that petitioner shall appear report said court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m vide order dated 26.08.2016 passed in Crl. M.P. No.7662 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.964 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.OM SAI RAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R. SURIYAPRAKASH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.7662 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.964 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7662 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.964 of 2016 dated 26.08.2016 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the

learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Neyveli, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. -sd/- 06/03/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
