O R D E R

The prayer in the civil revision petition is to direct the learned District Munsif, Vandavasi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The revision petition was filed in June 2013. There is nothing on record to show as to whether the trial Court has already disposed of the civil suit. The learned District Munsif, Vandavasi is directed to dispose of the civil suit in O.S.No.4 of 2010 on merits and as per law as expeditiously as possible K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.

Gms and in any case, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in case the same has not been disposed of so far. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
