ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Pursuant to the complaint given, which has been registered in Crime No. 584 dated 14.07.2020 for woman missing, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking her production. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.On a perusal of the records produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor prima facie we find that it is a case of elopement of the detenue with the third respondent, who is stated to be a married man. This is also a second occasion. 4.Thus, in the light of the above, this habeas corpus petition stands closed directing respondents 1 and 2 to continue with the investigation and secure the detenue. As and when the detenue is secured, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
