ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the records and Quash the charge sheet filed in PRC.No.7 of 2013 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.3, Cuddalore, in so far as the petitioner's is concern, having been taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 294 (b), 354, 448, 379, 436 of IPC.
2. It is seen that when the matter was posted on 01.09.2014 "For Admission", the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took an adjournment and the matter was adjourned on 15.09.2014. Thereafter, for the past four years, the learned counsel has not taken any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter. Further it is pending for more than four years without even ordering notice. Now after the lapse of five years period, this petition cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
