(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenu has been suffering with epilepsy from 2018.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged occurrence which was taken as a ground case itself is after 2018 and therefore there is no basis for taking up the matter early.

3. Considering the facts of the case, we are inclined to post the HCP for final hearing in the first week of January, 2021 i.e. on 04.01.2021.
