This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.6197 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3559 of 2022 on 29.04.2022 to appear before the investigation officer on 1st and 15th of every English calendar month till completion of investigation and filing report.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the investigation officer as and when required for interrogation.
