ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of HMOP No.90 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Udumalpet. The revision petitioner is the petitioner in
HMOP.No.90 of 2022, which has been filed for dissolution of marriage with the respondent. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the pleadings are completed and an application for interim maintenance has been taken out and the same is pending.
3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Court, Udumalpet, to dispose of all interlocutory application, within a period of three months and thereafter, expedite the trial in the main HMOP and dispose of the same within a period of six months thereafter.
4. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
