O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records on the file of Hon'ble CCB & CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.3282/2017 and quash the same.

2.It is seen from records that the petitioner has already filed a discharge petition before the Court below and the same has been dismissed by the Court below by an order dated 15.05.2019. Without challenging the said order, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the final report.

3.This Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal of the discharge petition in accordance with law.
