O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari after calling for the records relating to the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in A.P.No.104 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the first respondent/ wife of the deceased workman has sent a letter to the General Manager of the petitioner Corporation requesting to treat her husband's dismissal from service as 'compulsory retirement' and to settle the eligible terminal benefits in favour of the legal heirs, pursuant to which, a resolution was passed by the petitioner Corporation on 05.08.2021 and the terminal benefits due to the deceased workman was settled in favour of his legal heirs and hence no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. 2/4
