These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 615 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to bring on the record respondent Nos.3 to 7 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.4 to 8 in S.A.No.1128 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
