ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobeying the order passed by this Court in S.A.No. 317 of 1995, dated 07.04.2006.

2.Mrs.Iswarya, learned representing counsel for Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned counsel on record appearing for the respondent, represented that as per the order passed by this Court in S.A.No. 317 of 1995, dated 07.04.2006, five marks has been granted to the petitioner for his diploma qualifications and the service strength has also been collected and a sum of Rs.45,503/- has been paid to the petitioner through D.D.No.590605, dated 26.06.2012.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned representing counsel for the respondent, this Court finds that consequential compliance has been made and hence, there is nothing survives in this contempt petition.
