Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to appoint Mr.Kabali R, S/o.Rajavel, Authorished agent of the applicant as a receiver to seize and take possession of the subject schedule vehicle more fully described in the Schedule hereunder from the premises of the Respondent or wherever found with Police aid and break open of premises. Application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the Court made the following order:

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Application. He further prayed that liberty may be granted to the applicant to file a fresh Application. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the applicant's counsel, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh Application. No costs.
