This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.8057 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.12740 of 2022 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 26.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
