ORDER

The present Civil Revision has been filed by the 5th defendant seeking expeditious disposal of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2015 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, (FTC), Vellore.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the materials placed on record.

4. The major grievance of the petitioner is that the suit for partition was filed by the respondents 1 to 3 herein in the year 2015 and that the revision petitioner has been unnecessarily roped into this litigation and she had been made to suffer for the past ten years.

5. In view of the above and also considering that the said suit is pending from the year 2015, I direct the learned Additional District Page No.2 of 4

Judge, (FTC), Vellore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2015 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.

6. Accordingly, this Civil revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
