ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that the order of this Court dated 21.12.2012 passed in WP.No.34919 of 2012 has been disobeyed by the respondent.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ submitted that the order of this Court dated 21.12.2012 has

been complied with. They also produced a copy of the order in G.O.(D) No.405 Labour and Employment (P2) Department, Dated 07.08.2013 to that effect.
