ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to survey the land in situated at Kabilakurichi village in S.No.387/8 as per the direction of the 1st respondent's order dated 02.05.2019 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2019 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 1/5

3.The request of the petitioner is that his land in S.No.387/8 as per the sale deed has to be measured. 4.In the counter, it is stated that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and it will take some time for processing the same.

5.From the records, this Court finds that the application was made by the petitioner for measuring his land on 04.01.2019. On 19.07.2019 requisite fee has been paid by the petitioner. While so, this Court is unable to find any justifiable reason for delaying the process of measuring the land. Hence, the first respondent is directed to supervise the process and instruct the surveyor to complete the process of measuring the petitioner's land within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
