JUDGMENT

(delivered by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the Judgment and decree dated 10 February 2012 rendered in H.M.O.P.No.157 of 2009 by the II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. With the consent of the parties, on 10 July 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred this matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

3.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 21 March 2016. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 21 March 2016, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment.
