These present Criminal Original petitions have been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prosecute the above Criminal appeals before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 05.01.2024 made in C.C.Nos.3142 of 2018 and 6448 of 2017 on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court t Magistrate Level - V, Saidapet, Chennai - 15.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions stand allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeals.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
