This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the conditional order dated 14.07.2015 in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in Crl.R.C.No.695 of 2015, by permitting the petitioner to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate VI, Coimbatore instead of the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, pending dispose of the revision. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 14.07.2015 in M.P.No.2 of 2015, has granted bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Tiruvallur at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English Calendar month, pending revision. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is complying with the said condition by regularly appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, from 01.09.2015 onwards. Since the petitioner is not able to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur, due to medical reason, he has filed the present petition for modification of the said condition. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the modification is ordered as prayed for. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m., on the first working day of every English Calendar Month, pending revision.

It is made clear that the other condition imposed by this Court stands unaltered.
