Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the third respondent in proceeding O.Mu.No.952/A1/14 dated 13.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant with effect from the date of her initial appointment on 27.02.2014 with all monetary and other consequential service benefits.
