In the light of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn and if the petitioner is so advised, he is at liberty to pursue the other remedies available under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, before the competent forum. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
