ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.6 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Tiruvallur.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.6 of 2013 has been assigned as S.C.No.3902 of 2013 before the learned Session Court, Tiruvallur and the same was ended in acquittal by an order dated 06.01.2016. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
