2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3.
3 The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that pending these Arbitration Applications, the Original Applications, viz., O.A.Nos.313 to 319 & 340 of 2024 and Arb.APl. No.226 of 2024 were taken up for final hearing and disposed of by the learned Single Judge of this Court, vide order dated 29.04.2025, therefore, the order passed by this Court dated 23.04.2024 got merged with the order dated 29.04.2025, and the said order 2/4
dated 29.04.2025 is also challenged before the Hon'ble Division Bench in Original Side Appeal, and therefore, the prayer sought in these Applications have become infructuous, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw all these applications with liberty to agitate the issue before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Original Side Appeal in accordance with law. The learned counsel also made an endorsement on the reverse of Arb.A.No.698 of 2025 in O.A.No.339 of 2024
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants and the endorsement made by him, all these applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. 09.07.2025 3/4
