2. In the draft plaint, it is stated that the plaintiff's products are distributed in Chennai through its authorised distributors in Chennai. It is also stated that the respondents sell products on line through interactive websites accessible in Chennai.

3. Considering the aforesaid, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the applicant is granted leave to sue the respondents before this Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
