Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 30.06.2020 made in Crl.O.P No.9683 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9683 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of one week and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9683 of 2020 on 30.06.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P No.9683 of 2020 dated 30.06.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 5.
Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
